Sorry, I have not read the book, but SparkNotes has a section for this: http://www.sparknotes.com/lit/thingscarried/ You should be able to find most answers somewhere. But as a warning, just want to say that should not place undue reliance on SparkNotes, I did, and I tried so hard on English tests ... But it is an excellent complement to their training in May and help clean up scraps that could be confused. Good luck with your exam!
